摘　　要：由Ⅰ群禽腺病毒C种4型(FAdV-4)引起的鸡安卡拉病是近年来在中国广泛流行的一种急性、烈性传染病。为了解FAdV-4感染对鸡血清生化指标的影响,将分离鉴定的FAdV-4肝病毒液接种于易感日龄SPF鸡复制病理模型,同时设立对照,观察临床症状和病理变化,采集血液测定血清生化指标。结果表明:感染组与对照组相比,血液中总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素均极显著升高(P<0.01),总蛋白和白蛋白显著下降(P<0.05),葡糖糖含量和谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶活性以及肌酐与尿酸水平均极显著上升(P<0.01)。说明FAdV-4感染可引起鸡肝功能、肾功能受损,导致血清生化指标发生明显变化。Chicken Ankara disease caused by GroupⅠavian adenovirus serotype 4(FAdV-4)is an acute and severe infectious disease.The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of FAdV-4 infection on serum biochemical index of chicken.Susceptible age SPF chicken were vaccinated with the isolated FAdV-4 virus and a control group was set up.The clinical symptoms and pathological changes of infected chicken were observed.The blood samples used for the measure of the serum biochemical index were collected.The results showed that the amount of total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin increased significantly(P<0.01)in the infected group than those in the control group.The amount of glucose,alanine aminotransferase,glutamic oxalate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,creatinine,and uric acid increased significantly(P<0.01)in the FAdV-4 infected group.Moreover,the amount of total protein and albumin decreased significantly(P<0.05)in the FAdV-4 infected group.The experiment indicates that FAdV-4 infection can cause damage to chicken liver function and renal function,resulting in significant changes in serum biochemical indexes.
