西藏农户畜禽粪便无害化处理意愿的影响因素研究

摘　　要：畜禽粪便无害化处理已成为中国当前整治农村人居环境、实现“美丽乡村”研究的热点问题之一。对西藏1090户农户开展入户调查,利用Probit模型从个人特征、文化资本、经济资本、外出务工及农户认知的视角对畜禽粪便无害化处理意愿进行分析。结果表明:农户参与畜禽粪便无害化处理意愿较高,但实际参与度较低;家庭劳动力人数、环境认知及扩大养殖规模对农户参与畜禽粪便无害化处理意愿存在显著的正向影响;而经济资本、外出务工经历具有明显的抑制作用,说明部分农户有“搭便车”倾向。在此基础上,从政策宣传和引导、技术指导和技能培训及相应的处罚措施等方面提出建议来提高农户畜禽粪便无害化处理的参与度,以推进西藏农村人居环境的有效改善。The harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure has become one of the hot issues in improving rural living environment and realizing“beautiful countryside”in China.A household survey was conducted among 1090 households in Tibet.Probit model was used to analyze the willingness of livestock and poultry manure harmless treatment from the perspectives of personal characteristics,cultural capital,economic capital,migrant workers and farmers'cognition.The results showed that the willingness of farmers to participate in the harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure is high,but the actual participation is low;the number of family labor force,environmental awareness and the expansion of breeding scale has significant positive effects on farmers'willingness to participate in the harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure;economic capital and migrant workers'experience has obvious inhibitory effects,indicating that some farmers has the tendency of“free riding”.On this basis,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of policy publicity and guidance,technical guidance,skill training and corresponding punishment measures to improve the rural residential environment in Tibet.
