摘  要:采用三元共聚方法生产的线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)比采用单一共聚单体所生产LLDPE具有更优的力学性能和光学性能,且抗穿刺性大幅度提高。天津石化烯烃部在总结气相法流化床聚乙烯装置生产丁烯-1、己烯-1共聚产品的生产经验的基础上,开发了用于乙烯、丁烯-1、己烯-1单体三元共聚的新型催化剂,优化了反应器中的单体配比,成功实现了乙烯、丁烯-1、己烯-1三元共聚树脂的工业化生产,由此开发出超低密度、拉伸缠绕膜、重包膜等系列高端树脂专用料,填补了国内产品的空白。产品推向市场后,受到下游客户的广泛好评,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。The linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) produced through ternary copolymerization has better mechanical and optical properties than the LLDPE produced from the single comonomer,with the puncture resistance greatly improved.Based on summarizing the production experience of butene-1 and hexene-1 copolymerization products in the gas-phase fluidized bed polyethylene reactor,the Olefin Department of SINOPEC Tianjin Company has developed a new catalyst for the ternary copolymerization of ethylene,butene-1 and hexene-1 monomers,optimized the monomer ratio in the reactor,and successfully realized the industrial production of ethylene,butene-1 and hexene-1 ternary copolymerization resin.Furthermore,a series of high-end resin special materials such as the ultra-low density PE,stretch winding film and heavy packaging film have been developed,which has filled the gap of domestic products.After the products promoted to the market,they were widely approved by the downstream customers and remarkable economic and social benefits have been achieved.
