摘 要:国内新建前加氢流程使用的进口催化剂牌号较多,部分催化剂表现出了操作窗口较窄的问题。本文采用准工业模式制备了催化剂,并以侧线规模进行了模拟评价实验。实验研究了在绝热式反应器末段床,前脱乙烷前加氢原料中氢气浓度不同时,反应活性和选择性的变化趋势。实验结果表明该催化剂满足工业脱炔要求,乙烯选择性损失合理,反应放热稳定,无飞温指征,具有良好的工业应用前景。There are many new C2-front end hydrogenation processes in China,imported catalysts are introduced,and some catalysts show the problem of narrow operation window.In this paper,the catalyst was prepared,and the simulation evaluation was carried out by side line experiment.Under the condition of de-ethanizer,the changes of main performance parameters of the catalyst with the change of hydrogen concentration in the last stage of adiabatic reactor were studied.The results show that the catalyst has the advantage of stable acetylene removal,can maintain reasonable ethylene selectivity,and has a good prospect of industrial application.
