摘 要:通过序批次实验考察研究果蔬废弃物、淀粉废水、木屑、菇渣等副产物在35℃的中温条件下的短程自由发酵产酸效果。结果显示,果蔬废弃物和淀粉废水具有较高的VFAs产值,峰值浓度分别达到了18726mg/L和62860mg/L,且到发酵终点时,VFAs浓度依然维持在较高水平,同时反硝化速率达到4.4 mg/(g·h)和3.1 mg/(g·h)。木屑、菇渣的VFAs产出较低且难以维持在较高水平,峰值浓度仅有2538 mg/L和3383 mg/L,终点浓度降低到130 mg/L和148 mg/L。实验表明,使用短程自由发酵处理果蔬废弃物、淀粉废水产酸具有可行性。Sequential batch experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of short-term free fermentation of by-products such as fruit and vegetable waste,starch wastewater,wood chips,mushroom residue and other by-products under medium temperature conditions of 35 ℃ to produce acid.The results show that fruit and vegetable wastes and starch wastewater have high VFAs production value,with peak concentrations reaching 18726 mg/L and 62860 mg/L,respectively.At the end of fermentation,the VFAs concentration is still maintained at a high level,and the denitrification rate is at the same time.Reach 4.4 mg/(g·h) and 3.1 mg/(g·h).The output of VFAs from sawdust and mushroom residue is low and difficult to maintain at a high level.The peak concentrations are only 2538 mg/L and 3383 mg/L,and the end-point concentrations are reduced to 130 mg/L and 148 mg/L.Experiments show that it is feasible to use short-term free fermentation to treat fruit and vegetable wastes and starch wastewater to produce acid.
