典型化工遗留地块土壤污染调查评估

摘　　要：以东北老工业区某典型化工企业遗留地块调查为背景,选取煤化工产业链中尿素产品生产为主的尿素厂为分析对象,对尿素厂的土壤及地下水进行采样、分析,评价尿素厂的污染状况(污染程度、污染类别及代表指标)。调查结果表明,土壤中污染物的含量超过《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB36600-2018)中第一类用地的筛选值,污染物类别以重金属及多环芳烃污染为主,以砷、苯并[a]芘为代表指标;地下水中污染物的含量超过《地下水质量标准》(GB/T14848-2017)的Ⅲ类地下水水质标准限值,污染物类别以一般化学指标、苯系物、其他污染为主,以氨氮、苯、甲醇为代表指标。Based on the investigation of the remaining plots of a typical chemical enterprise in the old industrial area of northeast China,the urea plant mainly producing urea products in the coal chemical industry chain was taken as the analysis object,and the soil and groundwater of the urea plant were sampled and analyzed to evaluate the contamination status(contamination degree,contamination category and representative contaminant).The results showed that the content of contaminant in soil exceeded the screening value of the first type of land in the Soil environment quality risk control standard for soil contamination of development land(Trial)(GB36600-2018).The mainly contamination category were heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,arsenic and benzo-a-pyrene are representative contaminant.The content of contaminant in groundwater exceeds the limits of class III standards in Standard for groundwater qualtity(GB/T 14848-2017).The mainly contamination were general chemical indices,monoaromatic hydrocarbons and other contaminant,NH3-N,benzene and methanol are representative contaminant.
