摘  要:根据与其所接触的外界介质的不同,长距离输煤管道主干管线包含埋地和架空两种敷设方式,建立了对应两种管道的温降物理模型,分析了二者的散热方式。基于固液两相流的煤浆输送特性,考虑管道与土壤的沿程热损失、煤浆与管道的能量转换,对长距离煤浆管道的埋地管线的温降进行了计算。考虑管道、保温层与大气之间的沿程热损失,对架空段管线的温降进行了计算。分类对比了温降计算值与实际值,对工艺运行提出了建议。According to the difference of the external medium it is in contact with,the main line of the long-distance coal transportation pipeline includes two kinds of laying methods:buried and overhead.Based on the coal slurry transportation characteristics of solid-liquid two-phase flow,the temperature drop of buried pipelines of long distance coal slurry pipelines was calculated considering the heat loss along the pipeline and soil,and the energy conversion between coal slurry and pipeline.Considering the heat loss along the pipeline,the insulation layer and the atmosphere,the temperature drop of the pipeline in the overhead section is calculated.The calculated value and actual value of temperature drop are classified and compared,and suggestions for process operation are put forward.
