摘  要:结合农业院校特色和化学类专业特点,将科研成果转化为创新实验教学内容,介绍一种采用低温水热法制备石墨化碳点的创新性实验设计。该实验包含石墨化碳点的制备、结构形貌表征及光致发光特性等内容。实验方法简单,重复性好,易于学生操作。通过文献调研和实验操作,学生能更深入地了解水热法和碳点等相关科研知识,激发学生科研兴趣,能够激励学生的求知欲望、提高学生的实验创新技能、培养学生的科学素养,提高了教学质量的目的。Combining the characteristics of agricultural university and the specialty of chemistry,and in order to convert the scientific research achievements into the innovative experiment.This paper introduces a comprehensive experimental design on the preparation of graphitic carbon dots by low temperature hydrothermal method.The experiment includes the preparation of graphitic carbon dots,the characterization of structures and the characteristics of photoluminescence.The synthetic method is simple and the experimental repeatability is good,so it is easy to be operated by students.Based on the literature review and experimental operation,the undergraduates can learn more about related scientific knowledge of the hydrothermal method and carbon quantum dots,which can stimulate them to explore the scientific interest.The experiment also can inspire students’ learning desire,improve their experimental innovation skills,and cultivate their scientific literacy so as to achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality.
