摘　　要：以某煤化工项目全厂蒸汽平衡的确定为例,根据化工厂全厂蒸汽平衡的主要特点,结合具体的实例,针对蒸汽平衡中遇到的一些典型问题,总结提出一些经验和建议。简单介绍了蒸汽平衡的一些基本计算方法、蒸汽管网参数的常规设定值、蒸汽设备模型计算原理及公式、以及蒸汽平衡工况确定原则的介绍。采用excel编制蒸汽平衡图的技巧及优势。Taking the steam balance of a coal chemical project as an example,according to the specialty of the steam balance of the chemical plant,combined with specific examples,some experiences and suggestions are summarized and put forward in view of some typical problems about the steam balance.Some basic methods of establishing steam balance,general setting values of steam piping network parameters,calculation principle formula of steam equipment model and foundation principle of steam balance are introduced.Skills and advantages of using Excel to prepare steam balance chart.
