摘　　要：曲妥珠单抗作为靶向药物的一种,是Her-2基因突变阳性这一人表皮生长因子的特异性抑制剂,它因特异性强,不良反应轻微等益处,在Her-2基因突变阳性的乳腺癌患者的治疗过程中体现出了较好的治疗效果,使患者总体生存率得到延长。本文将从该药物化学理化性质、化学药理作用、化学作用机制、临床应用四个方面对其在乳腺癌中的研究进展进行论述。Trastuzumab as a targeted drug,is Her-2 gene mutation positive this epidermal growth factor specific inhibitor,it because of strong specificity,mild adverse effects,in the treatment of Her-2 gene mutation positive breast cancer patients reflects the better treatment effect,prolong the overall survival rate.This paper will discuss the research progress of the drug in breast cancer from four aspects:chemical physical and chemical properties,chemical pharmacology,chemical mechanism of action and clinical application.
