摘 要:针对工业园区污水厂二级生化处理单元出水有机物降解不彻底、出水水质不易达标的现状,采用连续流臭氧催化氧化装置考察了臭氧投加量和接触反应时间对COD去除效果的影响,并对其运行费用进行评估。结果表明,在臭氧投加量为60mg/L、接触反应时间为1.0h的条件下,出水COD浓度可低于30mg/L,满足准IV类水质排放标准对COD指标的要求,实现了二级生化处理单元出水一步达标,其吨水运行成本为1.17元,约为同等条件下Fenton氧化工艺单元运行成本的1/2,技术经济优势明显。The pilot-scale catalytic ozonation device with continuous flow was used to research into the removal rate of COD in the industrial park wastewater treatment plant,in order to ameliorate the situation which organics have still existed in the effluent of secondary bio-treatment and exceeded the standard.It was demonstrated that 60 mg/L dosage of ozone and 1.0 h of HRT could bring about COD less than 30 mg/L when treating the effluent of the secondary sedimentation tank,which could achieve discharging standard of surface water quality,quasi Class IV by one-step.The operational cost was evaluated showing that 1.17 RMB/m3of catalytic ozonation outstripped 2.17 RMB/m3 of Fenton oxidation from the aspect of technical economy.
