摘  要:在油田勘探开发过程中,建立准确规范的油田水中离子含量检测方法具有重要意义。本文依据SY/T 5523-2016《油田水分析方法》,按照CNAS-CL01:2018《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》文件要求,对实验室建立的离子色谱法测定油田水中Na^(+)、K^(+)、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)开展了方法验证。具体从线性范围、检出限和定量限、正确度、精密度开展方法验证并根据方法适用范围进行实际样品的测定,以期为油田化学行业其他检测实验室方法验证提供参考。In the process of oilfield exploration and development,it is of great significance to establish an accurate and normal ion detection method in oilfield water.In this paper,a total method verification program of determination of Na^(+),K^(+),Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+),Cl^(-),SO_(4)^(2-)in oilfield water by ion chromatography is presented according to SY/T 5523-2016“Method for Analysis of Oilfield Water”and in accordance with the requirements of CNAS-CL01:2018“Accreditation Criteria for the Competency of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”.The main contents of the verification include linear range,detection limit and quantification limit,accuracy,precision.Then the actual samples were determined according to the applicable scope of the method.The method of our work provides a useful example for method verification for other testing laboratories in oilfield chemical industry.
