摘  要:裂解汽油一段镍系选择加氢催化剂在中试放大和工业生产中,采用不同的温度焙烧活化催化剂。运用BET、XRD等分析手段对催化剂进行表征,采用固定床反应器对催化剂的加氢性能进行评价,重点考虑焙烧温度对催化剂的活性组分结构及活性的影响。结果表明,焙烧温度的升高有利于活性组分在催化剂表面的分散,但同时会增强活性组分与载体之间的相互作用。镍系加氢催化剂在侧线装置与同类进口剂对比评价结果表明,在相同的工艺条件下,催化剂加氢活性及加氢稳定性优于进口剂。In the pilot scale-up and industrial production of the first-stage nickel-based selective hydrogenation catalyst of pyrolysis gasoline,different temperatures are used to activate the catalyst.The catalyst was characterized by BET,XRD and other analytical methods,and the hydrogenation performance of the catalyst was evaluated in a fixed-bed reactor,focusing on the influence of calcination temperature on the structure and activity of the active components of the catalyst.The results show that the increase of the calcination temperature is beneficial to the dispersion of the active components on the catalyst surface,but at the same time it will enhance the interaction between the active components and the support.The comparative evaluation results of nickel-based hydrogenation catalysts in the sideline unit and similar imported agents show that under the same process conditions,the hydrogenation activity and hydrogenation stability of the catalysts are better than those of the imported agents.
