摘　　要：我国香精香料行业发展越来越快,合成香料企业面临着发展机遇,同时灭火救援工作也面临巨大的挑战。该类香料企业一旦发生泄漏、燃烧,极易引起连锁性事故,各类易燃易爆、有毒、高腐等物料交互流淌,由单个物品、单一罐釜事故发展为厂区、园区事故,由初期、难控灾情衍化为失控、灾难性事故。本文结合调研企业情况,从合成香料化工企业的工艺生产过程、原辅料存储、厂区平面布置、园区安全分析等角度分析火灾危险性,并提出了合成香料企业的灭火救援策略。China’s flavor and fragrance industry is developing faster and faster.Synthetic perfume enterprises are facing opportunities for development.At the same time,fire fighting and rescue work is also facing great challenges.Once such perfume enterprises leak and burn,it is very easy to cause chain accidents.All kinds of inflammable,explosive,toxic,high corrosion and other materials flow alternately.The accident of a single item and a single tank develops into an accident in the plant and park,and evolves from an initial and uncontrollable disaster into a runaway and catastrophic accident.Combined with the investigation of enterprises,this paper analyzes the fire risk from the aspects of process production process,raw and auxiliary material storage,plant layout and park safety analysis of synthetic flavor chemical enterprises,and puts forward the fire extinguishing and rescue strategy of synthetic flavor enterprises.
