摘　　要：本文针对使用ICP-OES法测定冶炼烟尘气吸收液中的目标元素钼时,分析结果重现性不好等问题进行试验。经过多次试验发现,导致分析结果准确度不高的主要原因是存在基体干扰。通过实验比对的方法找出基体对所要检测元素的影响程度和规律,并通过实验找出消除干扰的具体办法,保证吸收液中目标元素Mo及其它有价元素Cu、Fe、As、Re等分析的准确性,从而指导研发工作的顺利开展。消除干扰的措施即加入适量的乙酸铵。通过对乙酸铵的加入量等影响因素的考察,优化分析条件。在实验条件下,工作曲线线性关系良好,主要的目标元素及其他可回收金属的线性相关系数r均大于0.9999,实际样品分析的精密度RSD在1.36%~3.32%之间,从而满足该试验样品的分析任务。In this paper,the problems of poor reproducibility of the analysis results when using ICP-OES to analyze the target element molybdenum in the absorbing liquid of smelting flue gas were carried out.After many experiments,it was found that the main reason for the low accuracy of the analysis results was the existence of matrix interference.Through the method of experimental comparison,find out the influence degree and law of the matrix on the element to be detected,and find out the specific method to eliminate the interference through experiments,so as to ensure the target element Mo and other valuable elements Cu,Fe,As,Re,etc.in the absorption liquid.The accuracy of the analysis will guide the smooth development of the research and development work.The measure to eliminate the interference is to add an appropriate amount of ammonium acetate.The analysis conditions were optimized by investigating the influencing factors such as the amount of ammonium acetate added.Under the experimental conditions,the working curve has a good linear relationship.The linear correlation coefficients(r) of the main target elements and other recoverable metals are all greater than 0.9999.The precision RSD of the actual sample analysis is between 1.36 and 3.32 %,thus meeting the analysis tasks of the test sample.
