摘 要:生物化学实验是生物化学的辅助课程,在生物化学的教学和学习中发挥不可忽视的重要作用。工科院校生物化学实验的教学环节中存在诸多问题明显降低了实验教学效果,不利于提高学生的实验技能和实践能力,严重影响学生创新能力和责任意识的培养。本文针对目前生物化学实验教学中存在的一些问题,结合多年教学过程中积累的经验,主要从优化生物化学实验教学内容、创立自主性实验教学模式及建立科学合理的考评机制对生物化学实验进行了改革,旨在培养学生的综合能力,以适应社会快速发展的需要。Biochemistry experiment is an auxiliary course of Biochemistry,which plays an important role in biochemistry teaching and learning.There are many problems in the teaching of Biochemistry Experiment in engineering colleges which obviously reduce the effect of experimental teaching.These are not conducive to improving students’ experimental skills and practical ability,seriously affect the cultivation of students’ innovative ability and sense of responsibility.Aiming at some problems existing in the current biochemistry experiment teaching,combined with the experience accumulated in the teaching process for many years,this paper reforms the biochemistry experiment mainly from optimizing the biochemistry experiment teaching content,establishing the independent experiment teaching mode and establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism,in order to cultivate students’ comprehensive ability and meet the needs of social development.
