摘 要:开展产教融合、校企协同为地方应用型高校凝练专业课程特色,提升教学和人才培养质量提供了良好的契机。本文分析了锂离子电池应用型人才培养过程中产教融合的内涵与重要性,并根据锂电应用型人才需求及行业特点,总结了本校从优化实践教学课程体系、校企共建实践教学平台、项目驱动强化学生创新创业能力、完善“双师型”师资队伍、构建“线上+线下”教学模式、实践教学中融入“课程思政”等六个方面进行了产教融合背景下锂离子电池人才培养实践教学的探索和实践。The integration of industry and education,school enterprise collaborative education provides a good opportunity for local application-oriented colleges to refine the specialty curriculum features and improve the quality of teaching and talent cultivation.This paper analyzes the connotation and importance of teaching integration in the training process of applied talents for lithium ion battery.Taking the School of New Materials and Chemical Engineering of Tangshan University as an example,optimizing the curriculum system of practice teaching,co-constructing practice teaching platform by school and enterprise,carrying out project-based innovative ability cultivating,perfecting the “double type” teachers,building “online and offline” into the teaching mode,and integrating ideological and political education into course teaching,etc.,have carried on the exploration and practice of application-oriented lithium-ion battery talents under the background of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.
