摘  要:高校工会采购定点帮扶对象产品发放福利是贯彻消费扶贫和定点扶贫政策的重要举措。扶贫产品消费满意度影响扶贫产品的完善和工会持续采购。以顾客感知价值理论和整体产品概念为理论基础,设计产品满意度调查问卷,在某高校通过线上问卷调查获取111位扶贫产品消费主体的信息,采用因子分析法提炼评价指标、确定指标权重,并计算出扶贫产品满意度得分。结果显示:扶贫产品满意度与顾客感知到的产品安全价值、功能价值、形象价值紧密相关,权重分别是0.3973、0.3881、0.2146。蜂蜜、花椒、新鲜竹笋、马铃薯综合评价等级为良,荞麦面条综合评价等级为中。最后从帮扶主体高校的角度提出完善扶贫产品的对策建议。It is an important measure to implement the consumption poverty alleviation and fixed-point poverty alleviation policy that the trade union of colleges and universities purchases the products of fixed-point assistance objects and distributes welfare.The consumption satisfaction of poverty alleviation products affects the improvement of poverty alleviation products and the continuous procurement of trade unions.Based on the customer perceived value theory and the overall product concept,the research designs a product satisfaction questionnaire,obtains the information of 111 consumers of poverty alleviation products through an online questionnaire survey in a university,uses the factor analysis method to refines the evaluation indicators,determine the index weight,and calculates the score of poverty alleviation product satisfaction.The results show that poverty alleviation product satisfaction is closely related to customer perceived product safety value,functional value and image value,and the weights are 0.3973,0.3881 and 0.2146 respectively.Honey,Chinese prickly ash,fresh bamboo shoots and potatoes are rated as good,while buckwheat noodles are rated as medium.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve poverty alleviation products from colleges and universities.
