摘 要:分析了磁路饱和对交流永磁力矩电机转矩-电流特性曲线的影响,通过优化定子齿宽、永磁体形状以及永磁体极弧系数,控制电机磁饱和来改善电机的电磁性能,从而揭示电机磁路结构参数对磁饱和和电磁性能的影响机理,提升电机的转矩输出能力。研究结果表明:交流永磁同步电机转矩-电流特性的线性度与磁路饱和程度密切相关;通过优化定子齿宽,能够有效控制电机磁路的饱和程度,提升交流永磁力矩电机的转矩输出能力;采用矩形永磁体,能够改善磁路饱和程度和转矩-电流特性,同时可大大降低电机制造成本;永磁体极弧系数并非越大越好,存在使电机各项指标综合最佳的最优值。This paper analyzes the influence of magnetic circuit saturation on torque-current characteristic curve of permanent magnet AC torque motors.By optimizations of stator tooth width and the shape and pole arc coefficient of permanent magnet,the magnetic saturation of the motor is controlled,and the electromagnetic performance is enhanced,thus revealing the mechanism between the magnetic circuit structures/parameters and the electromagnetic performance as well as magnetic saturation.It shows that the linearity of torque-current characteristic is closely related to the magnetic circuit saturation degree.By optimizing the stator tooth width,the magnetic saturation can be effectively controlled,and the torque output capacity can be improved.By employing rectangular magnets,the motor performance can be enhanced,and the motor manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced at the same time.Moreover,there is an optimal value of the pole arc coefficient for the comprehensive optimization of various indexes of the motor.
