摘　　要：为了提高数控机床在加工过程中,对刀具的长度直径等参数的测量、断刀检验、磨损修正等,在此设定刀具相关参数,充分利用了数控机床具有精确的位置记录和程序运动控制功能,通过测头产品的硬件和软件的结合,实现加工过程中的刀具的管理,使数控机床的工作效率和加工精度得到很大的改善,达到降本增效的效果。本文对i5OS数控系统的加工中心及数控车床上应用的对刀仪及对刀臂的安装调试及功能应用加以介绍。In order to improve the measurement, broken tool inspection and wear correction of the length and diameter of the tool in the machining process of the NC machine tool, set the tool related parameters on the machine, make full use of the accurate position recording and program motion control functions of the NC machine tool, and realize the tool management in the machining process through the combination of hardware and software of the probe product, The working efficiency and machining accuracy of NC machine tools are greatly improved to achieve the effect of cost reduction and efficiency increase. This paper introduces the installation, debugging and functional application of tool setting instrument and tool setting arm applied in machining center of i5 os NC system and NC lathe.
