摘  要:随着中国市场汽车产销量的不断增长,由汽车起动机缺陷导致的汽车质量问题也越来越多,企业越来越重视提升汽车起动机的产品质量。起动机的缺陷通常会造成整车无法起动、起动困难等严重的客户抱怨。本文从起动机性能缺陷分析出发,通过故障树分析法、鱼骨图分析法找到了导致起动机线圈骨架烧蚀的根本原因及相关的影响因素,并通过针对性的改进措施最终有效的遏制了问题的发生。With the annual growth of automobile production and sales in China, there are more and more automobile quality problems caused by starter defects. Enterprises pay more and more attention to improving the product quality of starter. The defect of starter usually causes serious customer complaints such as engine start failure and difficulty in starting. Starting from the analysis of starter performance defects, this paper finds out the root causes of starter spool burn and related influencing factors through fault tree analysis and fishbone diagram analysis, and finally effectively curbs the problem through targeted improvement measures.
