摘　　要：新型冠状病毒Delta变异株主要是由于编码2019-nCoV病毒的S蛋白基因发生突变引起的,最早发现于英国,随着疫情的进展,现正成为全球主要流行的新冠病毒变异株。由于S蛋白的突变,导致病毒的传播力和致病力改变以及出现部分免疫逃逸的现象,给疫情防控带来巨大的挑战。本文报道一例新型冠状病毒Delta变异株的发现过程以及胸部CT表现。The novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)with Delta variant is mainly caused by the mutation of the 2019-nCoV spike protein(S)gene,which was first discovered in the United Kingdom.As the 2019-nCoV outbreak,it is in fashion new coronavirus variant in the world.Because of the mutation of s protein,it lead to the change of transmission and pathogenicity of virus,the phenomenon of partial immune escape,which have brought great challenge to epidemic prevention and control.This article reports the discovery of 2019-nCoV with Delta variants and CT findings in the chest.
