比较多排螺旋CT与X线平片诊断隐匿性骨折的临床意义

摘　　要：目的多排螺旋CT(MSCT)与X线平片诊断隐匿性骨折价值分析。方法回顾性分析我院2018年1月至2021年3月期间收治的220例隐匿性骨折患者临床资料,以手术病理结果为金标准,探讨MSCT与X线平片对隐匿性骨折诊断符合率与诊断效能。结果与X线片诊断隐匿性骨折的符合率(95.45%)相比,MSCT符合率(99.09%)更高,P<0.05。MSCT诊断隐匿性骨折敏感度、特异度显著高于X线片检查,P<0.05。结论与X线平片检查相比,MSCT对隐匿性骨折的诊断符合率、敏感度、特异度更高。Objective The value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and X-ray plain film in the diagnosis of occult fracture.Methods The clinical data of 220 patients with occult fracture treated in our hospital(January 2018 to March 2021)were analyzed retrospectively.Taking the surgical and pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic coincidence rate and diagnostic efficacy of MSCT and X-ray plain film in the diagnosis of occult fracture were discussed.Results The coincidence rate of MSCT(99.09%)was higher than that of X-ray(95.45%),P<0.05.The sensitivity and specificity of MSCT in the diagnosis of occult fracture were significantly higher than those of X-ray examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with X-ray plain film,MSCT has higher coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of occult fracture.
