摘　　要：“无病不灸”是晋代葛洪提出的施灸观点,重点强调有其病用其法的辨证用灸思想,没病的时候不要乱灸。古代医家认为灸治疾病需辨病施灸,不可随意而灸,也有医家认为无病先灸有未病先防的作用,如《诸病源候论》记载艾灸对新生儿痉病、《针灸大成》记载艾灸对中风等皆有预防作用,特别是唐代孙思邈提出灸能预防传染病,扩展了艾灸的治病范围。文章通过对古代文献整理,阐述古今医家对“无病不灸”的不同观点,并用现代的临床及实验研究结论加以印证,有助于加深对“无病不灸”的认识、理解和应用。‘No moxibustion without disease’is GE Hong in the Jin dynasty proposed the viewpoint of using moxibustion method,focusing on treating disease in the appropriate way of the thought of using moxibustion in syndrome differentiation.When there is no disease,not disorderly moxibustion.Ancient doctors believed that moxibustion should be used to treat diseases according to different diseases,and moxibustion should not be carried out at will.Some doctors also think that moxibustion before disease has the function of prevention before disease.For example,Zhubing Yuanhou Lun records moxibustion has preventive effect on neonatal spasm and Zhenjiu Dacheng records that moxibustion has preventive effect on stroke,in particular,SUN Si-miao in Tang dynasty proposed that moxibustion could prevent infectious diseases,and expanded the treatment scope of moxibustion.Through the collation of ancient literature,this paper expounds the different views of ancient and modern doctors on‘no moxibustion without disease’,and confirms it with modern clinical and experimental research conclusions,which is helpful to deepen the understanding,understanding and application of‘no moxibustion without disease’.
