新安医家针灸学术源流及特点浅析

摘　　要：新安医学源远流长,学术特点鲜明。文章通过追溯新安针灸起源年代、代表医家及著作,梳理新安针灸的学术源流,对新安医派针灸学术特点进行归纳总结,以便更好地继承新安医学,促进新安医学的发展。笔者发现,新安针灸肇始于唐代杨玄操,后经张杲、王国瑞及吴崑等人的发展于明清时期趋于成熟;学术特色上,该医派立足经典,结合时代不断创新,临证时重视脉证的诊察,主张针药并用、分经分部灸刺。是一个既传承有序,又继往开来的中医学派。Xin’an medicine has a long history and distinctive academic characteristics.By tracing the origin of acupuncture and moxibustion in Xin’an,representative doctors and works,this paper has sorted out the academic origin of acupuncture and moxibustion in Xin’an,and summarized the academic characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion in Xin’an,so as to inherit Xin’an medicine and promote the development of Xin’an medicine better.The author found that Xin’an acupuncture originated from YANG Xuan-cao in the Tang dynasty,then developed by ZHANG Gao,WANG Guo-rui and WU Kun in the Ming and Qing dynasties.In terms of academic characteristics,the school of medicine based on the classics,combined with the times of continuous innovation,attention to the diagnosis of pulse syndrome,advocating the combination of acupuncture and medicine,moxibustion acupuncture by parts.All in all,it is a theory school of traditional Chinese medicine with orderly inheritance and future development.
