试论风药在妇科疾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：风药的应用历史源流已久,但在妇科疾病中的运用未受重视。文章通过中医古籍文献研究,考究风药的历史源流、种类特性,并从金水相生与肝肾同源理论角度寻找风药与妇科病间的联系。通过学习中医古籍当中的应用和见解,研究现代中医妇科常用方剂中风药的运用及配伍关系,并附医案加以佐证,探讨风药在妇科疾病中的应用,为中医妇科疾病的诊疗提供新的思路与方法。The application of wind medicine has a long history,but its application in gynecological diseases has not received much attention.This article consults ancient literature,studies the historical origins,types and characteristics of wind medicines,and finds the connection between wind medicine and gynecological diseases from the perspective of the theory of golden water phase and liver and kidney homology.By studying the application and insights in ancient gynecological books and the application and compatibility of common prescriptions in modern gynecology,with medical records to support it,explore the application of wind medicine in gynecological diseases,and provide new ideas and treatments for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases in Chinese medicine.
