百合病与消渴病异病同治的思考

摘　　要：百合病临床表现变化多端,对于百合病的看法也存在许多争议。在临床中,运用百合病治法治疗多种内科疾病均可取得满意疗效,笔者认为百合病不单指某一种特定疾病,而是作为一种集合概念与多种疾病密切联系。热邪弥漫、暗耗津液是百合病与消渴病以阴亏阳燥为主要表现阶段所共同具有的证候特点,证同治亦同,文章在异病同治的基础上探讨从百合病心肺论治观对消渴病治疗思路的启发,为消渴病的中医治疗提供思路。The clinical manifestations of lily disease are changeable and it is controversially concerned currently.In clinical practice,the treatment of lily disease could achieve satisfactory results in the treatment of various internal diseases.The author believes that lily disease is not a specific disease,rather a concept that closely related to many diseases.Intense heat impairing body fluid is the common TCM syndrome characteristic of lily disease and wasting-thirst disease which is in yin deficiency and dryness-heat pattern.On the basis of treating different diseases with same method,explore the inspiration of cardiopulmonary treatment of lily disease,so as to provide ideas for syndrome differentiation and treatment of the wasting-thirst disease.
