五省市手足口病发病规律的六气主气特征探析

摘　　要：目的:基于六气主气理论,探究代表五方地域的五省市不同主气时段手足口病发病规律。方法:对位于五方不同地域的黑龙江省、河南省、广东省、甘肃省和上海市各10年手足口病六气主气时段的发病率进行统计分析。结果:从六气主气看,五省市发病率整体在三之气-少阳相火时段最高,在初之气-厥阴风木时段最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于五方地域来说,北方的黑龙江省、南方的广东省、西方的甘肃省、东方的上海市均以三之气-少阳相火为高发时段,以初之气-厥阴风木为低发时段;而中央之域河南省发病率则在二之气-少阴君火时段最高,终之气-太阳寒水时段最低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五省市手足口病发病率在六气主气特征上有显著相似性,均呈现“火”之主气时段高发的发病规律。Objective:To explore the pathogenesis regularity of hand-foot-mouth disease in five provinces at different dominate-qi periods,based on the theory of six qi dominate-qi.Methods:The monthly incidence rate of hand-foot-mouth disease in Heilongjiang Province,Henan Province,Guangdong Province,Gansu Province and Shanghai city in decade were analyzed,then statistical analysis on incidence rate of six qi dominate-qi periods was made.Results:From the perspective of six qi dominateqi,the average incidence of five provinces,on the whole,was the highest in the third qi Shaoyang-xianghuo,and the lowest was in the first qi Jueyin-fengmu,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In Heilongjiang Province,Guangdong Province,Gansu Province and Shanghai city,the high-incidence period were all the third qi Shaoyang-xianghuo,and the lowincidence were all the first qi Jueyin-fengmu;while,in Henan Province,the highest was in the second qi Shaoyin-junhuo,the lowest was in the final qi Taiyang-hanshui,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence rate of hand-foot-mouth disease in five provinces is significantly similar,showing a high incidence in the dominate-qi periods associated with‘fire’.
