摘　　要：全国名老中医药专家石志超教授精研岐黄数十载,长于内科,精于男妇,在男女科疾病的治疗上首倡“精瘀统论”,即将男女两科大部分疾病的基本病理锁定于“血瘀精道”,并以此为主线,辨证论治而异病同治,将化瘀通精法贯彻始终。文章从该学说的内涵、学说的形成、建立的理论基础、选药特色及实际运用举列几个层面加以阐述,以期能够全方位地反映石氏男女科“精瘀统论”思想的创新性、完整性与可靠性。Professor SHI Zhi-chao,a nationally renowned Chinese medicine expert,has decades in traditional Chinese medicine.He is good at treating internal diseases,andrology and gynecology specialists.In the treatment of andrology’s and gynecology’s diseases,he proposed the general theory of‘essence and blood stasis’which identified the basic pathology of most diseases in andrology and gynecology specialties as‘blood stasis in the essence’.In clinical practice,the general theory of‘essence and blood stasis’is used to treat different diseases with the same treatment based on syndrome differentiation.This article elaborates on the connotation,formation,theoretical basis of the theory,drug selection characteristics and practical application of the general theory of‘essence and blood stasis’.The author hopes to present the innovation,completeness and reliability of this thought in the clinical practice of andrology’s and gynecology’s specialists.
