苦酒汤治疗急性放射性食管炎初探

摘　　要：放射线为燥热邪气,性干涩,易伤津耗液;性坚敛,滞涩气机,伤阴血。急性放射性食管炎以肾虚水亏,君火上炎为其本,痰火互结为其标,选择清痰火、开郁结、敛疮痈的经方苦酒汤治疗。苦酒汤性质黏稠,缓缓含咽后可延长其在食管作用时间,改善患者吞咽疼痛、胸骨后烧灼感等症状,促进溃疡修复,减少感染发生。方中半夏性辛温下气,燥湿化痰,疗咽喉疼痛;鸡子白,性甘微寒,润肺利咽清热;苦酒,性酸苦温,散瘀敛疮消肿;三者一辛一敛一润,则痰化气消病自愈。Radioactive ray is dryness-heat pathogen with the characteristic of dry and puckery,easy to impair and deplete fluid.And it brings about stagnation of qi movement and yin-blood deficiency due to the characteristic of hard and astringent.Kidney insufficiency with water deficiency and flaring up of heart fire is the basic of acute radioactive esophagitis,while the mutual accumulation of phlegm-fire is the symptom.The classic Kujiu Decoction,which can clear phlegm-fire,unblock stagnation and astringe ulcerative carbuncle,is selected for treatment.Kujiu Decoction is viscous.Slowly swallowing can prolong its actuation duration in esophagus,alleviate the pain in deglutition and burning sensation behind breastbone,promote ulcer repair and reduce infection.In the prescription,Pinelliae Rhizoma is pungent-warm and drives qi downward,drying dampness and eliminating phlegm,and treating throat pain.Albumen,sweet and slightly cold,moistening the lungs and treating sore throat,and clearing heat.Kujiu,sour and bitter-warm,dispels stasis,astringe sores and reduces swelling.Combining the three(with pungent,astringent,and moistening)will dissolve phlegm,drive qi downward and heal itself.
