摘　　要：文章总结赖新生教授从“神-元气”论治郁证经验。郁证是由于七情所伤,久之神失所养,气机郁滞而引起的一类病证。元气为一身之本,元气足,则生命旺,神者,生命之主宰,元神位于脑,识神位于心,心脑为体用关系。赖新生教授指出通元治神为治病之首要,推崇俞募配穴。治疗郁证从“脑神-五脏神-心-肝”入手,自创“五脏安和中药方”“解郁调神针刺方”,并结合俞募配穴通元治神,同时指出,郁证治疗注重脉诊以及辨“六郁”主次,针灸取穴及中药处方需依脉象而灵活加减,方能力专效宏。This article aims to summarize professor LAI Xin-sheng’s experience in treating depression from‘shen-yuan qi’.Depression was caused by injury of seven emotions,deprived of nourishment and stagnation of qi.Original qi is the essence of a body,if it is sufficient,then the life prosperous.As the spirit is the master of life,it lies in the brain and can be recognised in the heart,and the heart and the brain are the relationship of body with function.Professor LAI Xin-sheng pointed out that Tongyuan Zhishen is the first treatment of disease,and he suggested combining back-shu points and fornt-mu points.As the treatment of depression syndrome should begin with‘brain-five zang shen-heart-liver’,Professor LAI created‘Five-zang An-he prescription of traditional Chinese medicine’,‘Jieyu Tiaoshen needle prescription’combined with back-shu points and front-mu points to reblock yuan-shen.What’s more,he pointed out that in the treatment of depression syndrome,we should pay attention to pulse diagnosis and differentiation of‘six depression’.After all,acupuncture and selection of points and prescription should be more flexible according to pulse condition.
