摘　　要：李斌教授在传统夏氏外科清热凉血潜阳法基础上,结合自身临床经验提出血瘀阳浮是成人重度特应性皮炎(AD)发病的关键病因病机,运用化瘀潜阳之法治疗成人重度AD,颇有效验。具体用药上,李教授注重藤类药(忍冬藤、红藤、鸡血藤等)及虫类(全蝎、蜈蚣等)等活血化瘀药的使用;重镇潜阳则喜用夏氏外科经验方四重汤加减化裁。文章总结李教授治疗成人重度AD临证经验,以进一步发挥中医药治疗成人重度AD的优势。On the basis of traditional XIAs’surgical method of heat-clearing,cooling blood and subduing yang,professor LI Bin has proposed that blood stasis and yang floating was the key etiology and pathogenesis of severe atopic dermatitis in adults.The method of removing stasis and suppressing yang was effective in treating adult severe atopic dermatitis.Professor LI paid attention to the use of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis such as rattan drugs(Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis,Sargentodoxae Caulis,Spatholobi Caulis,etc.)and insects(Scorpio,Scolopendra,etc.).Therefore he preferred to use the XIAs’surgical experience formula,Sichong Decoction,to suppressing Latent yang.This paper has summarized the clinical experience of professor LI Bin in the treatment of severe atopic dermatitis in adults,so as to give further advantages in traditional Chinese medicine in treating severe atopic dermatitis in adults.
