景录先治疗糖尿病临证医案浅析

摘　　要：糖尿病是由于胰岛素分泌和作用缺陷所致的糖类、脂肪、蛋白质等代谢紊乱,以高血糖为主要表现的综合征。景录先教授根据多年临床经验,应用中医药清热润燥化痰、益气养阴、活血化瘀通络、调治肾阴肾阳等治法治疗,取得很好的疗效。文章介绍景录先教授临床上治疗糖尿病的经验,以飧同道。Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a syndrome in which carbohydrate,fat,protein and other metabolic disorders are caused by defects of insulin secretion and action,and characterized by hyperglycemia.Based on many years of clinical experience,Professor JING Lu-xian applied Chinese medicine therapies of clearing away heat to moisturize dryness and resolve phlegm,invigorating qi and nourishing yin,activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis and dredge collaterals,and regulating kidney yin and kidney yang in treatment of DM,and achieved good curative effect.This paper introduced professor JING Luxian’s clinical experience in the treatment of DM,so as to provide references for the fellow.
