摘　　要：灵龟八法是以八脉八穴为主的一种按时开穴的古代针灸治疗方法。文章论述灵龟八法的定义,灵龟八法的组成内容:奇经八脉、八脉八穴、九宫八卦,阐述了八脉八穴与九宫八卦的关系;介绍了灵龟八法查表开穴法,结合临床案例,论述了灵龟八法的临床运用;阐述管氏灵龟八法传承发展的学术经验。Eight spirited turtle needling technique(ESTNT)is an ancient acupuncture technique that select both points(mainly the eight confluent points)and time of the day for treatment.This article defines and describes the ESTNT that include eight extraordinary meridians,eight confluent points,and the nine palaces and the eight hexagrams.It explains the relationship between the eight confluent points and the nine palaces and the eight hexagrams.It also introduces GUANs’ESTNT tables for point selection,describes the clinical application of the technique,discusses its mechanism,and summarizes the academic experience of GUANs’ESTNT.
