摘　　要：射血分数正常心力衰竭(HFNEF)的发病率一直呈上升趋势,其预后较差,因此HFNEF的防治是医学领域的难点。中医药在改善HFNEF患者预后、增加运动耐量、提高生活质量、改善心功能等方面具有一定的疗效。文章从HFNEF的中医病名、病因病机、辨证分型、疗效评价研究等方面进行综述,旨在为临证辨治提供参考。The incidence of heart failure with normal ejection fraction(HFNEF)is increasing,and its prognosis is poor.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of HFNEF is a difficult point in the medical field.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain efficacy in improving the prognosis,activity capacity,quality of life,cardiac function and other aspects in patients with HFNEF.This paper focused on the traditional Chinese medicine disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,efficacy evaluation researches of HFNEF to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
