中医硬化注射疗法治疗肛肠疾病现状与进展

摘　　要：中医硬化注射疗法是中医肛肠五大适宜技术之一,广泛应用于近现代肛肠临床治疗实践当中。硬化剂以其能使组织产生无菌性炎症,局部发生纤维化,进而产生萎缩、硬化、粘连、固定的独特作用应用于肛肠疾病的临床治疗中,如混合痔、直肠脱垂以及直肠前突等。近几年单独使用硬化剂注射治疗,提高治疗的可控性;硬化剂注射联合手术治疗,弥补手术治疗不足,提高治疗的彻底性;此外,改变硬化剂剂型注射治疗以及多种硬化剂混合注射等临床治疗方法,均取得了良好的治疗效果。文章从中医硬化注射疗法治疗肛肠疾病的药物、临床应用范围、作用原理以及治疗方法、注意事项等方面进行综述。Sclerotherapy injection therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the five suitable techniques for anorectal treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.It is widely used in modern anorectal clinical treatment practice.Sclerosing agent is used in the clinical treatment of anorectal diseases,such as mixed hemorrhoids,rectal prolapse and rectal protrusion.In recent years,sclerosing agent injection alone has been used to improve the controllability of treatment;Sclerosing agent injection therapy combined with surgical treatment can make up for the lack of surgical treatment and improve the thoroughness of treatment;In addition,clinical treatment methods such as changing the dosage form of sclerosing agent injection and mixed injection of multiple sclerosing agents have achieved good therapeutic effects.This paper reviews from the drug types,treatment scope,application methods and researching progress of sclerotherapy in the treatment of anorectal diseases.
