摘　　要：膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)是目前社会比较常见的慢性病,主要以膝关节疼痛、肿胀、僵硬及关节活动障碍作为该疾病的临床表现。KOA给患者的日常生活和心理都造成了不同程度的影响。目前针灸治疗KOA,以其方法的多样性和其独特的优势被广泛应用于临床,文章系统搜集近几年来针刺治疗KOA的相关研究文献,将其进行整理分析,从不同的针法、灸法、穴位注射等方面概述针灸治疗KOA的研究进展,为进一步深入开展针灸治疗KOA的临床应用研究提供参考和思路。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common chronic disease in society.The clinical manifestations of the disease are knee pain,swelling,stiffness and joint movement disorder.KOA has caused varying degrees of impact on patients’daily life and psychology.At present,acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of KOA is widely used in clinic with its diversity of methods and unique advantages.Now,the relevant clinical research literatures on acupuncture in the treatment of KOA in recent years are systematically collected,sorted and analyzed.This paper summarized the clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of KOA,so as to provide reference and ideas for further clinical application research of acupuncture in the treatment of KOA.
