摘　　要：目的:分析2型糖尿病及其常见慢性并发症患者四诊特征参数,为该病证临床诊断提供客观化指标。方法:运用Smart TCM-I型中医生命信息分析系统采集195例2型糖尿病患者舌象、面象、声音及脉象信息,提取并分析其四诊特征参数。结果:与正常对照组比较,糖尿病患者并发冠心病、肾病时,在整体舌色、苔色、面色参数RGB,舌裂纹、胖瘦参数,声诊共振峰参数F1、F4,脉图时域参数h_(3)/h_(1)、t_(1)、W上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病及其常见慢性并发症患者四诊客观参数具有显著性差异,将为进一步开展基于四诊客观参数的糖尿病及其慢性并发症证候分类识别提供数据支持,也为糖尿病及其慢性并发症中医诊断及疗效评价提供一定的客观依据。Objective:To analyze four diagnostic parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its chronic complications,in order to provide objective indicators for clinical diagnosis of this disease.Methods:The Smart TCM-I type of life information analysis system was used to collect and extract tongue images,face images,sound images,and pulse images information from 195 patients with type 2 diabetes and the four diagnostic parameters of the disease were analyzed.Results:Compared with the normal control group,when diabetic patients were complicated with coronary heart disease and nephropathy,there were significant differences in whole tongue color,tongue coating color,and facial color parameters RGB,crack parameters,fat and thin parameters,acoustic diagnostic formant parameters of F1 and F4,pulse time domain parameters of h_(3)/h_(1),T_(1) and W(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in the characteristics of four diagnosis parameters of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with different chronic complications,which will provide data support for further development of diabetes mellitus chronic complication syndrome classification based on four objective parameters,and also provide some objective basis for diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of diabetes and chronic complications.
