摘 要:目的:建立专属性的龟鳖甲类中药的鉴别真伪方法。方法:借鉴胶类药材特征肽鉴别方法,使用超高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF-MS)结合化学统计方法分析酶解样品溶液。结果:筛选出乌龟、巴西龟、花龟、黄喉拟水龟、黄缘闭壳龟、缅甸陆龟、小鳄龟、印度棱背龟、鳖、佛罗里达鳖10种龟鳖类正伪品甲壳的特征肽,获得主要二级碎片离子,并初步测定序列,获得的特征离子对10种龟鳖甲类正伪品的专属性鉴别效果较好。结论:该方法可作为一种快速准确鉴别龟鳖甲正伪品的鉴定方法。Objective:To establish a specificity authenticity identification method for Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum and Trionycis Carapax.Methods:This study used the identification method of characteristic peptides of gelatins for reference,and used the ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS)combined with chemical statistical method for analysis.Results:The characteristic peptide of carapax or plastrum of Chinemys reevesii(Grsy),Trachemys scripta elegans(Wied.),Ocadia sinensis(Gray),Clemmys mutica(Cantor),Cyclemys flavomarginata Gray.,Testudo elongate(Blyth),Kachuga tectum(Gray),Chelydra serpentina(Linnaeus),Trionyx sinensis Wiegmann,Apalone ferox(Schneider)were screened out,and the main secondary fragment ions were obtained,and the obtained characteristic ions had a good effect on the identification of 10 kinds of tortoise shells and turtle shells.Conclusion:This method can be used as a rapid and accurate method to identify the authenticate of Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum and Trionycis Carapax.
