市政顶管工程常见施工技术问题研究

摘　　要：顶管施工是一种常见的不开槽管道施工工艺,在市政管道工程中有着重要的应用。结合耒阳市城区排水防涝建设项目城北路神龙酒店段内涝点工程实例,提出了敞开式人工顶管法和泥水平衡式机械顶管法的工艺流程、主要设计计算以及在施工过程中几种常见技术问题。针对常见的技术问题,根据现场实际施工情况给出了相应的解决措施。Pipe jacking is a common construction technology of channel-free pipeline,which has important application in municipal pipeline engineering.Taking the drainage and waterlogging protection project in Leiyang City as an example,this paper puts forward the technological process,main design calculation and several common technical problems of open artificial jacking method and mud-water balanced mechanical jacking method.For common technical problems,this paper gives corresponding solutions according to actual construction situation on site.
