摘　　要：分包管理工作是项目管理的一项重要内容,而PPP模式下的分包管理和竞争性项目有所不同,通过贵州凯里环城高速公路PPP项目与竞争性项目分包管理工作的对比分析,阐述了分包管理工作的基本情况和存在问题,分析探讨了如何维护企业合法利益和规避分包风险的有效措施,结论表明只要做好策划工作和完善相关管理要求,很多风险是可以避免的。Subcontracting management is an important part of project management.Subcontracting management and competitive projects vary in the PPP model.This paper makes a comparative analysis on PPP project and subcontracting management of competitive project of Kaili Ring-City Expressway in Guizhou.This paper describes the basic situation and existing problems of subcontracting management,analyses and discusses how to safeguard the legal interests of enterprises and effective measures to avoid subcontracting risks.The conclusion shows that many risks can be avoided as long as the planning work is well done and the relevant management requirements are perfected.
