摘　　要：水情日计划报表是水库调度的关键环节,是中调指导水电厂水电经济运行的主要依据,日报表的报送时间影响着各地方后续的许多工作,作为第一手水情资料的获得者,减少水情日报表的报送时间、提高水情日报表报送效率尤为重要。通过分析报表报送时间过长的各种原因,确定主要原因,并相应的制定对策,一一针对并解决各项问题,来提升工作人员报表报送效率,最终在工作人员按方法实施后,日报表的报送时间大大缩短,效率得到明显提高。The plan statement of water regime day is the key link of reservoir dispatching and the main basis for guiding hydropower economic operation of hydropower plant by middle dispatching.The reporting time of daily reports has an impact on many subsequent work in various places.As the first-hand recipient of hydrological data,it is very important to reduce the reporting time of hydrological daily report and improve the efficiency of hydrological daily report.This paper identifies the main reasons by analyzing the reasons for the long reporting time.At the same time,this paper formulates countermeasures to solve various problems,so as to improve the efficiency of staff report submission.After the implementation of the method,the reporting time of daily reports has been greatly shortened and the efficiency has been significantly improved.
