氧驱动与空气压缩泵雾化吸入方式治疗小儿哮喘的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较氧驱动与空气压缩泵两种雾化吸入方式治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年12月在珠海市第五人民医院接受治疗的80例哮喘患儿,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗,观察组采用氧驱动雾化吸入治疗。比较两种雾化方式的临床效果。结果:观察组的总有效率(92.50%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的临床症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的最大呼气流量、动脉血氧饱和度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组的最大呼气流量、动脉血氧饱和度均明显升高,且观察组的两项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(10.00%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用氧驱动的雾化方式治疗小儿哮喘,能够提高临床疗效、缩短症状消失时间,治疗效果显著优于空气压缩泵雾化吸入,值得临床应用。Objective To compare the clinical treatment effect of oxygen drive and air compression pump on asthma in children.Methods The study subjects were 80 children with asthma treated in our hospital between March 2020 and December 2021 as the main subjects,divided into two groups of 40 each.The control group used air compression pump,and the observation group used oxygen-driven atomized inhalation treatment to compare the similarities and differences of the effects of the two atomization methods on the clinical efficacy.Results After comparing clinical efficacy,the total efficiency of the observation group was(92.50%)higher than the control group(75.00%),(P<0.05),significantly shorter,the maximum breath flow,and arterial oxygen saturation were greater than before treatment,and in the observation group,compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pediatric asthma,it is of positive significance to improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the disappearance time of the symptoms.Compared with the air compression pump atomization inhalation,the treatment advantage is more prominent,so it is worth promotion and application.
