摘 要:目的:调查安徽蚌埠地区胸部CT检查辐射剂量分布,探讨CT检查的诊断参考水平(diagnostic reference level,DRL)。方法:抽取安徽蚌埠市区及周边县城3家医院的4台CT设备,选择2021年6月—8月进行胸部CT平扫检查的成年人(不小于18岁)。以CTDIvol、DLP和E的P75作为标准与其他相关研究进行比较。结果:调查的171例成年人胸部CT检查辐射剂量的最小值、最大值、均值和百分位数(P_(25)、P_(50)、P_(75))为:CTDI_(vol)是1.50、24.40、11.02、8.50、11.80、12.10 mGy;DLP是48.65、640.01、351.23、273.57、340.11、405.81 mGy·cm;E是0.68、8.96、4.92、3.83、4.76、5.68 mSv。结论:本次调查的胸部CT辐射剂量低于大多数国家或地区和《X射线计算机断层摄影成年人诊断参考水平》的建议值。Objective To investigate the radiation dose distribution of chest CT examination in Bengbu,Anhui province,and to explore the diagnostic reference level(DRL)of CT examination.Methods Four CT devices were sampled from 3 hospitals in Bengbu area and surrounding counties of Anhui,and adults(not younger than 18 years old)with CT plain chest examinations performed in June-August 2021 were selected.The P75 of CTDIvol,DLP and E were compared with other related studies as standard.Results The minimum,maximum,mean and percentile(P_(25),P_(50),P_(75))of radiation doses for chest CT examinations in 171 adults investigated were:CTDI_(vol) was 1.50,24.40,11.02,8.50,11.80,12.10 mGy;DLP was 48.65,640.01,351.23,273.57340.11,405.81 mGy·cm;E was 0.68,8.96,4.92,3.83,4.76,5.68 mSv.Conclusion The radiation dose of chest CT in this survey was lower than the recommended values in most countries or regions and in the Diagnostic Reference Levels for Adults with X-ray Computed Tomography.
