水厂出水中余铝含量的控制

摘  要:目前,大多数净水厂都以铝盐作为净水剂,导致普遍存在出厂水中铝元素含量过高的问题。研究表明:当pH较高时,水中余铝含量易超标,控制次氯酸钠、高锰酸钾投加量,控制混凝搅拌时间和强度都不能有效降低出水余铝含量;投加三氯化铁可以降低水的pH值,具有显著的除铝效果,同时也会进一步降低出水浊度;将液态聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)改为固态也是一种合适的降低水中余铝含量的方法。At present,most water purification plants use aluminum salt as water purification agent,which leads to the problem of high content of aluminum in factory water.The experimental study shows that when the pH is high,the residual aluminum content in the water is easy to exceed the standard.Controlling the dosage of sodium hypochlorite and potassium permanganate,and controlling the coagulation mixing time and intensity can not effectively reduce the residual aluminum content in the effluent.The addition of ferric chloride can reduce the pH of water,have significant aluminum removal effect,and further reduce the turbidity of effluent.Changing liquid polyaluminium ferric chloride(PAFC)to solid state is also a suitable method to reduce the content of residual aluminum in water.
