摘  要:校企协同是一种高等教育人才培养模式,可以促进高校和科研院所以及行业企业共享资源,并实现高效互动。地方高校人才培养必须紧密依托地方产业布局,实行“政产学研金服用”七位一体协同体系的人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量。校企合作、协同育人以培养学生多维度知识体系构建为目标,培养被企业认可并具有系统设计思维能力、整体设计思维能力、跨专业设计思维能力、团队合作精神的复合型人才。以人才培养质量的视角出发,明晰了大学生的培养目标,并从产学研平台的建设、产学研运作的机制等方面对产学研教育模式进行探索。As a talent training model in higher education,school-enterprise cooperation is conducive to the sharing of resources between universities and scientific research institutes or industry enterprises,thereby achieving efficient interactions.The talent training of local colleges and universities must rely on the local industrial layout closely,and implement the seven-member collaborative system of"government-industry-university-research fund administration"to improve the quality of talent training.School-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education aims at cultivating students′multi-dimensional knowledge system and cultivating compound talents recognized by enterprises with systematic design thinking ability,overall design thinking ability,cross-specialty design thinking ability and teamwork spirit.From the perspective of talent cultivation quality,this paper clarified the cultivation objectives of college students,and explored the mode of industry-university-research education from the aspects of the construction of industry-university-research platform and the mechanism of industry-university-research operation.
