摘　　要：与蒙古国“发展之路”进行战略对接,是我国落实“一带一路”倡议的一个重要路径。自2014年习近平主席提出共同打造中蒙俄经济走廊,实现发展战略对接,到2017年“中国‘一带一路’倡议与蒙古国‘发展之路’计划对接谅解备忘录”和2019年推进“一带一路”倡议和“发展之路”倡议对接合作规划的签署,已经从政策层面得到不断强化,也在发展战略对接的实践中和“五通”建设中取得了很大成效。分析研判未来发展前景,有利于我国在推进“一带一路”的进程中,对开创地区新型合作模式进行有益地探索,对“一带一路”合作共赢理念的推广起到很好的示范作用。Strategic alignment with Mongolia’s "Development Road" is an important way for China to implement the "Belt and Road" initiative. President Xi Jinping proposed to jointly build China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor in 2014 to achieve the connection of development strategies. In 2017, the “Memorandum of Understanding on the Synergy between China’s Belt and Road Initiative and Mongolia’s Development Road Plan” was signed, and in 2019, the Cooperation Plan on Promoting the Synergy between the Belt and Road Initiative and the Development Road Initiative was signed. These initiatives have been continuously strengthened from the policy level, and great achievements have been made in the construction of "Five links" in the practice of connecting development strategies. The analysis and judgment on future development prospects will help China to explore new regional cooperation models in the process of promoting the "Belt and Road" initiative, and play a good demonstration role in promoting the concept of "Belt and Road" and win-win cooperation.
