摘　　要：文章主要对活塞排渣碟式分离机的活塞内锥面磨损原因进行分析,并提出解决方案。从而使碟式分离机排渣更顺畅,减少转鼓内积渣现象,延长活塞排渣碟式分离机使用寿命,提高碟式分离机运行可靠性。The wear causes of the inner conical surface of the piston of the piston slagging disc separator are mainly analyzed,and the solutions are put forward.Thus,the disc separator can discharge slag more smoothly,reduce the slag accumulation in the drum,prolong the service life of the piston discharge disc separator,and improve the operation reliability of the disc separator.
