摘 要:针对部分船用设备采用串联液压滑阀的液压联锁型式,提出一种新型液压联锁开关阀组件的理论模型,并通过AMESim软件的液压组件设计库(HCD)对液压联锁开关阀组件方案进行了仿真分析,验证了方案可行性,且仿真结果大幅减少了阀件上的压力损耗。Aiming at the situation that some marine equipment adopts the series hydraulic slide valve of hydraulic interlocking pattern, a new type hydraulic interlocking switch valve components of the theoretical model is proposed, and through the AMESim software library of HCD, the hydraulic interlock switch valve components scheme is analyzed through the simulation, the feasibility is verified, and the simulation results significantly reduced the valves on the pressure loss.
