主机非典型启动故障引发的机损分析

摘　　要：针对某油田作业拖轮的左柴油主机发生的机损事故,基于主机Alphatronic2000PCS遥控系统,依据从简单到复杂的原理,找出该主机非典型启动故障,分析该主机非典型启动故障引发的原因,从根本上消除故障隐患。文章着重介绍了此类主机非典型启动故障的解决方案,为行业研究发展提供参考。In view of the engine damage accident of the left diesel engine of an oil field tugboat,based on the Alphatronic 2000 PCS remote control system of the main engine and the principle from simple to complex,the failure caused by the atypical start of the main engine is found out,and the cause of the atypical start failure of the main engine is analyzed to fundamentally eliminate the hidden trouble.The solutions to the atypical start-up failure of this kind of host are mainly introduced to provide reference for the research and development of the industry.
